All Live Love Orange products are made-to-order through our partner Printful, ensuring you receive a freshly printed item every time — and we never overproduce.

Production Time

Our standard production time is 2-7 business days after you place your order. This is the time required for printing, quality control, and packaging.

Shipping Time After Production

• USA: 3-4 business days
• Canada: 5-10 business days
• International: 10-20 business days

Total Time From Order to Delivery

• USA: 5-11 business days
• Canada: 7-17 business days
• International: 12-27 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. We offer flat-rate and weight-based options.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Track your order anytime through the link in your shipping confirmation email.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply. These charges are determined by your country's customs and are not included in our shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping (45 days for international), please email us at hello@liveloveorange.com and we'll investigate and make it right.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they ship. If a package returns to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply).
