Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something's not right, we're here to help.

Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, we'll replace it or refund you in full. Just email us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@liveloveorange.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo clearly showing the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll process replacements or refunds within 1-2 business days.

Wrong Size or Wrong Item Received

If we shipped the wrong size or wrong item by mistake, we'll send the correct one at no charge. Please reach out within 30 days.

Buyer's Remorse / Wrong Size Ordered

Because every Live Love Orange item is made-to-order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for wrong-size orders, color preferences, or change-of-mind purchases. Please use our size chart on every product page before ordering.

If you're unsure, email us at hello@liveloveorange.com before placing your order and we'll help you pick the right size.

Lost in Transit

If your package is lost in transit (not delivered after 30 days domestic / 45 days international from shipping), we'll reship it at no cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before production begins. After production starts, cancellations are no longer possible.
